Delete your account
You can delete your Zellaro Tile account at any time, whether you created it in the iPhone app or on this website. Deletion is permanent.
From the app
Open the Zellaro Tile app, go to Profile, and choose Delete account. Your account and saved boards are removed immediately.
By request
If you no longer have the app, or the app told you your account needs to be removed by a person, send us the request below. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account login, name, email address and phone number
- Saved addresses and any trade program profile
- Saved boards and favourites
- Marketing preferences and newsletter subscriptions
What we keep, and why
Records of completed orders, invoices and payments are financial records that we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes, typically seven years. These are kept separately from your account and are not used for marketing once your account is deleted. Anonymised usage statistics that cannot identify you are also retained.
