Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect all products carefully at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt.
All Zellaro Tile shipments are insured against transit damage—marking issues on the delivery note ensures a fast resolution.
Important:
If the delivery is signed without noting any damage, we reserve the right to deny replacements or refunds for broken or missing items.
In case of damage:
- Inspect all boxes and tiles immediately upon receipt.
- If any damage is visible, write "DAMAGED" on the delivery note before signing.
- Notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at info@zellarotile.com (include your order number).
- Take clear photos of the damaged tiles and packaging and send them to us promptly.
- If someone else is accepting delivery on your behalf, ensure they are fully aware of these conditions.
2. Delivery Company & Site Access
All Zellaro Tile deliveries are handled by trusted national carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or LTL freight partners.
While we make every effort to meet your requested delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times and are not liable for any installation delays or costs arising from shipping delays.
At the time of order, please inform us of any site restrictions that could impact access or off-loading.
Delivery trucks for palletized freight are large; limited access or undisclosed restrictions may result in redelivery fees.
Please notify us in advance of:
- Narrow or weight-restricted roads
- Parking limitations or steep driveways
- Low bridges or clearance restrictions
- Toll or congestion zones
If the driver cannot complete delivery due to access issues not disclosed in advance, a redelivery fee will apply.
We recommend that you do not schedule installers on the same day as your delivery, as Zellaro Tile cannot be held responsible for any related costs.
3. Curbside Delivery
All LTL freight deliveries are curbside only. Delivery drivers are not permitted to move tiles inside your property or job site.
Orders will be off-loaded at the nearest safe and accessible point to your address—typically the curb or driveway.
- Deliveries will arrive on wooden pallets or crates.
- Someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
- If no one is available, the shipment will be returned to the terminal and redelivery charges will apply.
4. Pallets & Crates
Your order will arrive on pallets or in crates, which are part of the shipment. Zellaro Tile is not responsible for removing or disposing of these materials.
Although we pack every shipment carefully, minor breakage may occur in transit.
We strongly recommend ordering at least 15% extra tile to account for possible transit damage, cutting, or future repairs.
Zellaro Tile does not assume responsibility for delays or reshipment fees for orders placed without the recommended overage allowance.
5. Ground Shipping (Small Orders)
Orders of 1–2 boxes (typically under 150 lb) are shipped via ground service with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
- Ground shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on destination.
6. Freight Shipping (Larger Orders)
All standard tile orders exceeding two boxes will ship via LTL freight service and are delivered curbside.
- Once your order is ready, our freight partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment (date and time window).
- Your full order will ship once all tiles are in stock in our warehouse.
- If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been dispatched, please note that address-change or reroute fees charged by the carrier will be billed to the customer.
7. Pickup / Will Call
We are happy to offer free local pickup from our Miami warehouse to help our nearby customers save on shipping costs. Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange your Will Call appointment.

8. Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
We ship anywhere that USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any LTL carrier can reach!
If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the Caribbean, or any international destination, please email us at info@zellarotile.com for a custom freight quote.
9. Sample Orders
You can order samples directly through our website by clicking the "Buy a Sample" button on each tile page.
Sample Policy:
- Up to 4 samples per tile design, and 10 samples total per order.
- The first 5 samples in your cart are complimentary.
- Additional samples are depends on product.
- Shipping is $4 per tile.
- Samples ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground.
- Sample orders typically ship the next business day and arrive within 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
- If a sample is out of stock, it may ship separately at no additional cost.
Need a full-size piece or expedited shipping?
Email info@zellarotile.com with the tile name, quantity, and shipping address — we'll reply as soon as possible.
We recommend reviewing samples in the actual space where the tile will be installed to evaluate color, texture, and lighting before placing your full order.
Some special-order samples may be limited to one per customer and could have a lead time matching the production schedule listed on the product page.
Because all Zellaro tiles are handcrafted, color and tone variations between sample and final order are natural and part of their artisanal charm.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our tiles, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, except in the case of verified damage reported within the timelines above.
